We offer community driven bespoke classes facilitated by qualified instructors. We combine low impact contemporary movements, dance styles and aerobic fitness without any floor exercises. You will learn fun movement and dance patterns at a steady pace with lots of positive outcomes – building stamina and strength, improving mobility, balance and posture and activating the brain – all super important as we age.  Why not check out some videos of previous classes here, or message us for more details.

seated exercise

We offer mixed ability classes where you are welcome to sit down if you feel that works better for you. Seated movement is an alternative to standing, it suits the elderly, those coming back from injury and people who haven’t been active in a while. You decide how much or as little you wish to do in these bespoke classes, designed to be inclusive and accessible for all.

So why movement and dance?

Movement is a fundamental aspect of life. It affects everything from circulation to digestion to metabolism to immunity. The body contributes far more to our lives than just physical attributes such as strength and endurance – it plays a major role in emotions, learning, and relationships.

Dance has great physical benefits and increases your heart rate and breathing. It helps people to be more active, is social and develops creative and cognitive skills. And when we add music it becomes even more powerful and enjoyable. We promise you, you can all dance, in line with your own abilities and we empower you to be you.

So come and tap into your creative side, boost your self esteem and start to feel good again with “Less Sweat, More Laughter”.
